I’ve designed this intake pipe to match the original as closely as possible, including the vacuum port!

Recommended Printing Material & Settings

For best performance, I highly recommend TPU filament because:

• 🏎 It flexes, making it more durable and less likely to break compared to regular plastic filaments
• 🛠 It’s chemically resistant
• 🔥 It handles engine bay heat (since it’s not too close to the engine block or exhaust manifold)

Printing Settings:

• 80-100% infill (to maintain rigidity and prevent vacuum leaks)
• ⚠️ 100% infill warning: This makes it very tight on the throttle body, so use lubrication during installation! Once it’s on, it’s sealed perfectly.
