3D-Printed Front Lip for USDM Corolla FX, FX16 & FX16 GT-S

Do you own a USDM Corolla FX, FX16, or FX16 GT-S? If so, you know that front lips are nearly impossible to find—unless you custom-make one.

Now, you don’t have to! I’ve designed a front lip that you can 3D print yourself.

Printing & Assembly

Since most 3D printers don’t have a large enough bed to print this in one piece, this file includes only one half of the lip.

✅ How to print the full lip:

• Mirror the file in your 3D printing slicer
• Split it into multiple pieces if needed

Material Recommendations

Choose your material based on your preference:

🟢 For a flexible, durable lip with no bodywork required:

• Print in TPU (recommended)
• Available in multiple colors to match your car

🔵 For a smooth, one-piece look with customization options:

• Print in PLA or PETG
• Fiberglass over it to blend the pieces
• Paint it to match your car

Mounting Suggestions

How you mount the lip is up to you! Here’s what I did:

🔩 Drilled two holes per piece and bolted it to the bumper using M3 hardware
🔩 Used blue thread lock to keep the bolts secure

Note: Fitment will depend on how damaged your bumper is, it may have gaps if your bumper is torn from old age.
